Okay, so I find this fic, over a decade old, by accident and decide to check it out of curiosity. And as someone who loves the 90's X-Men run, all the Cable/Apocalypse/Sinister/Summers bloodline stuff and enjoys the Evolution cartoon, this was a blast to read. I really enjoyed it.

I am rather surprised, not to mention disappointed, that I haven't stumbled across this fanfic before. It is a veritable goldmine. Thanks for the great read!

Ah! This was shorter than I expected, but once again, totally feels like a real episode. I loved it. It was way cool, and seriously exciting!

I think I already said something about your restraint, but dude, this fic takes the cake! I can't believe you could resist having Scott and Jean know who Cable was. The story is definitely the better for it, in my opinion, but oh, the temptation! Seriously, how could you resist?

I especially enjoyed how you made a point of Scott (and Jean and Rogue, too, but especially Scott) being still a kid, and still learning, but showing some definite potential. Like Storm's comment when he's protecting Jean and clearing the way for Logan and Gambit? It was subtle, but felt genuine, and I loved it. It must've been difficult to negotiate the dynamic between Cyclops and Cable, but I really think it all came together when you had Scott stand in Cable's way and Wolverine praising him for it. Very cool.

Another thing I really like about this fic is how each and every POV works. They're all equally entertaining, equally in character... and as a reader, you never feel like you're missing out on the action somewhere else, or with someone else. You're a great storyteller, by the way. The action is flawless, nothing feels awkward and the actions just seem to unchain soooo naturally.

This is totally my pick for Apocalypse. Season 4 should've been this good.

Finally! An X-Men Evolution fic worth reading! This story was awesome. It had everything: romance, drama, action, evil and psychotic bad guys, and even humor. I absolutely loved reading it. I'm looking forward to reading the rest of your stories!

Interesting. Kinda surprised Gambit has already started to mesh as one 'the kids.' Really been liking Cable though. His interactions with Wolverine and his staredown with Cyclops were great.

By the way-"nearly a head taller than Cyclops." Considering how much taller they've made Cyke than every other normal character in Evolution (Even the tall New Mutants barely come up to his chest) that makes Cable pretty dang big.

Like the research you've put into this. Both the Marvel Univers history aspects (Doc Stange-Awright!) and the real world stuff. Things like that make stories so much more interesting. 'Specially when it consists of an ancient cross-cultural legend like Apocalypse's...
