Simply amazing! I loved all of Jack's random invention ideas throughout the story, and I think you did a great job portraying him- so many people write him as much more of an idiot than he is and in more areas, but you struck a perfect balance between his genius in inventing and reason, his boisterousness, and his thought processes (especially the random invention ideas.) This is probably one of my favorite DP oneshots!

Loved it! I love reveal fics, loved it from Jack's view. I love reading stories where it's Maddie that finds out but it's hard to find stories where it's Jack instead.

I've read several reveal fic before but its usually just Maddie or both of them but the focus is on Maddie. Your fic is really good and I love Jack's thought throughout this fic. Its very rare to find a good Jack Fenton fic without it being about Maddie

This, I love this. People tend to show Jack as an idiot, when he is not. He is just absent-minded.

I really enjoyed this different view of Jack. I've seen some that show the scientist side of Maddie but not that of Jack and how his enthusiasm doesn't keep him from patiently gathering data and careful analysis. I also like how it show his love for his family and his determination to use his abilities to help. In the series, he makes an abrupt change of heart where Phantom is concerned; this shows how it could come about.

I absolutely love how you portray Jack here. The little parenthetic thoughts of inventions are a nice touch!

Awwww, Jack totally figured it out and didn't announce it, helping his boy in any way he could just like Jazz did before she had to reveal she knew. The parent, child similarities are so interesting, I love it so much! This story is awesome, and I'm glad you wrote it.

I guess the ring Danny wears is "the ring of rage". But why the dragon tattoo? It confused me a little that you didn't explain the meaning of his but the other twos.
