I wondered about this too when I saw the episode. Just goes to show you what Sam and Dean are willing to do for Bobby. I love that Dean was convistgatings everyones barf bags. Like that wouldn't make you want to get up and move! Love that he kept his plastic fork. I have no doubt that Dean could have done some damage with that fork.
