I’m so glad I found this story! I remember reading it on a website called... Pokémon index? When I was probably around 12 (around ten years ago) Thankfully googling “Fletcher letcher ash/misty pokemon fanfic” led me here. Thank you for writing this! It was the first story I ever read and got me into fanfiction. So glad I can save it to my favorites here on ffn and reread whenever!

I LOVE IT! I absolutely LOVE how everyone was planning on killing Pond-Scum! I was REEEEAAALLLY hoping that they would! I would pay so much to see Richie doing all the miming stuff!

My god it's been so long since I seen this story. Seriously I first read it back when I went through a huge Pokémon phase back when I was in fourth grade. reruns of the original series ran on boomerang I started collecting the trading cards and then I read this story and it changed how I looked at pokémon It introduced me to pokéshipping and I began to pick up the hints dropped in the show between Ash & Mistys relationship I actually went through a phase where I would play out this story with me as my own character (I was a very Nerdy child) and now several years later after reading it again I can say its aged perfectly. its also pretty nostalgia to me it reminds me how awesome and fun Pokémon and how great I thought this story was. so that's my review and 1/2 of my life story. but good either way it was great back then and its great now!

So this is an old, old fic and the first time I read it was a long, long time ago. I have re-read it many times since then, and now, despite there being 600something Pokemon and the anime having bazillions of episodes, I still love to re-read it. Partly because of the nostalgia factor, but mostly because it is just a really, really good fanfic with a great plot and amazing characterizations.

Omg i was cracking up on this chapter. it is so freking funny

Great story! I thought that the ending w/ Misty and Ash was cute. I thought it was really funny when Gabby came into the picture. Fletcher got what he deserved which shows not to mess with true love! 5/5 stars

I KNEW IT! I knew that i'd read this story before! Did you know that someone else has written the exact same story as this. I just reviewed the story 'Changes' by AshKetchum1995 and through the whole story I kept thinking 'I've reaad this before. I know everything that's gonna happen.' and I've finally figured it out. I read this story last year (yours) and I just read hers today but when I saw the date on her story (2009) it didn't make sense. Anyway, I really love the story!

great story! very interesting plot a little less fluffy but i love the incorporation of team rocket! i love TR! and ash's mom's name is Delia. Officially. and not Delilah as in the Plain White T's Song...sorry seen that one used way too much! keep up the work!

Well that was some story. Actually I really love it. Script,Characters ( Richie is a suprise :D ) ,situation and attitude of TR ( I Predict they can be good but I didnt guess this much )

About confession, İt was sweet and about the announcement, it was more hilarious then a normal announcment :D By looking everyones reaction ( except May ) they all knew that allready. Gary find himself new cheerleaders and thats a good thing ( Daisy and others are perfect for this job ) .

I kinda guess Ash's feeling about Prof. Oak become his father. That is awkward but you have to let go if you love something ( His mother should be happy with him. )

And Misty can take a nice Breath after that confession. She finally get a ''normal'' kis from Ash. ( I dont count that ''forgetable '' alcoholic kiss . Even Ash dont remember and this is a good thing though. )

I was intend to wrote this review to the epilouge but I like this chapter much more and I decide too write here. That Flecther must be become a Persian food for Godsake ! And I love Hitmonchan's attitude ( It reminds me Deoxys from Pokemon Special manga ) royal but it has its own comminucation way.

And wedding part is also awsome ( I never thought Ash can do a Speech even if its his own wedding but I admire him.) And Misty was just mean by try to distract Ash like that ( But I can accept that kind of distraction anytime ;) ) The song is pure gold too.

And Gabby saves the day again. I knew he will take big part of this story. He is big , Scary , untamed but he is one rough pokemon who can kick **s of bad guy ( Leecher ! )

And for the last : Mew and Mewtwo part is quite cool. And Best Man part is very funny too ( If I were Ash I did pick James too. )

My rate is 9,5/10 ( I just want to let other fanfics a chance :D )
