Don't be nervous, you'll always have people you complain about the sex scenes (too kinky, too short, too graphic, etc) but you'll also have those who extol them (they were well write, detailed just right, sexy and hot, etc). Try not to take their opinions too harshly especially with such a well written story (that included quite a bit of HEAT).

I did thoroughly enjoy what you wrote (both the mundane and the sexual scenes), I only hope that you'll one day address some of the complications that Iruka foresaw happening to them as well as address Shikamaru's family tension. I'd really like to see who all you show supporting them and who all supports his mother (and how his father will deal with the situation now that it's separated his son from his wife).
