Very enjoyable reading! Your way of characterising is fascinating, it makes the characters all the more tangible and true. I like how you write, it results in a fluid oneshot that I would gladly re-read (in fact, I think I will now). I think you made a good choice inserting the scenes with Leonardo and Ezio, for they give depth to the story. To top it off, this reading you give of the relation between Shaun and Desmond is really interesting.

You posted a new AC story. This really makes my day. 3

First off, I really love the way you write. The structure of the story, the shifts between Ezio and Leonardo in the past to Desmond and Shaun in the present works really well. You create a beautiful parallel in showing the two sides. The scene with Leonardo comforting Ezio was just precious.

I also love how you characterize Shaun and Desmond's relationship. One gathers and organizes information, and the other uses it. I like how you show that they complete each other through this process.

My favorite part has to be the ending and how you've switched Shaun and Des' roles, so that Shaun has the opportunity to take the info given to him and act upon it. I truly admire the way you close your fanfics. The last paragraph and the two following statements are very poetic.
