Wowsers. I just found this this afternoon, and sat and read it before bed. This was great use of present tense writing, and an incredible jaunt through Tony's tattered psyche. I figured out that Mike was Gibbs when Tony realized how blue Mike's eyes were, and knew I could go I reading the rest of the story. I was just thinking today about how some writers make it seem like Tony, or anyone else, can just fluff off traumatic events in a few weeks and then be back on the job sporting a Sign Sauer. It would be nice if life worked that way, but we know it doesn't. Thanks for taking Tony on a more realistic journey of healing and getting on with the rest of his life. Angsty to read, but more satisfying.

This was one huge mess a big disappointment and very hard to understand the write up made it sound like one thing then the story was like something completely different DISAPPOINTING!
