Mayavanaviharini harini chapter 1 . 7/24/2016 Beautiful. You just left me speechless. |
The Dark One Rising chapter 1 . 1/11/2015 The Baron and Grey Lady were alive during the time of the Foindrs. I'm surprised that more is not know of the disappearance of Salazar Slytherin. Did they not wish to divulge the information? I find it hard to believe no one has asked. |
N J Dryad chapter 1 . 12/24/2014 Hmmm. That's an interesting reason to stay alive: You'll be miserable and tortured even in death, so why not stay alive and try to get better? This is an original take on Snape's decision to go on living. Well done! |
shah.khan.735 chapter 1 . 4/25/2013 Yeah, *sob* at least he is not alone! Please continue |
MuggleCreator chapter 1 . 12/28/2012 Oh dear. Poor souls. Great, now I feel guilty. I paired Helena with – let her learn to love – a different ghost... |
revengerufus chapter 1 . 11/11/2011 Interesting..it's rare to see a story featuring the Bloody Baron. |
jayc chapter 1 . 8/19/2011 I love this one shot! Great work! |
Very Small Prophet chapter 1 . 11/27/2010 This is really a lovely piece. I don't suppose Severus would accept sympathy from anyone else in Hogwarts, but the Baron has been through it, and he understands. Slytherins look out for their own. They know no one else will. |
silverbirch chapter 1 . 7/13/2010 A clever pairing that worked well. The Baron in the books was so much better than the one in the films and this was a good way of showing his penance. |
Vera Rozalsky chapter 1 . 7/3/2010 A wonderful, wonderful portrait both of mortal despair and immortal warning, which made me think both of the practicalities of Snape's endurance of the dark time after Lily's death, and the role of the school ghosts. They're teachers, too, but after the fashion of ghosts: they haunt, they warn, and in some cases (as here) they act to protect their charges. Wonderful work. |
loveislouder94 chapter 1 . 7/1/2010 This was very well written, especially the start. I always wondered whether snape and the Baron had ever discussed the similarities in their situations... Nice work! :) |
duj chapter 1 . 7/1/2010 At least he had one friend. Even a ghost is better than no one. |
