Rereading this story all these years later and it is still an utter joy and delight, an emotional rollercoaster that wrenches the heart then fills it again. A wonderful story.

I took a look at the chapter list and what I do not understand is why so many people think they need to retell canon events. Variations on a theme that the BBC told much better to start with, try something original, AU from the start and which doesn't use canon for more than a reference point before jumping off and going AWOL with the plot. If I want canon, I have it downloaded to my computer, thanks.

I think this was a really cute idea. Showing Martha all of their memories. I sort of agree that Martha tried to force herself on the Doctor - persistently asking questions he didn't want to answer - and this is was a creative and interesting way to put Martha in her place. Great chapter and I look forward to reading the rest :)

I'm loving the story so far, seriously, great job it's awesome! A funny thing about what you said about the TARDIS' atmosphere: my best friend and I have this headcanon that after TGITF once they got back somewhere safe, the TARDIS locked the Doctor out and Rose in until he apologized. :)
