Oh boy, your french is terrible. You can't just take a random english expression, translate it in another language word by word and hope that it's going to make sense. Translation doesn't work like that.
I had to re-translate it in english to actually understand what you were trying to say.
And even with word by word your translation is off, "très spécial" means "very special", "chérir" means "to cherish" and "une" means either "one" or "a" but in both case "une" is the feminine form of the word "un" so Gabrielle is implying that Harry is a girl.
Not to mention that "très spécial et chérir une" makes about as much sense than "very special and to cherish one".
