Oh wow. I really love this one. The way you were able to chronicle the history of the Winchesters and their car and their lives and arguments and breaking and healing and all of the most hectic times of their life. Wow. Each scene was so perfectly done and sldkywouergbnk

Wow, I think this is my favorite piece by you so far. It was so touching, and I love how it gave even more character to the toy soldier that helped save the world. Swan Song was my favorite season finale, with the possible exception of Sacrifice, and you have made it even more emotional for me. I really liked that you gave us snapshots from various moments in the brothers' story, and I wish that we had gotten to see them in the show. This story was absolutely amazing!

The last line "I don't think he's coming home with us but he will know he's not alone" you got me their I went AWE

I thought the Season 5 finale was incredible, beautifully, heartbreakingly paying off all five years of this incredible story. Thank you for giving us more on the Legos, the soldier, and the Impala through time. I loved the notion of the Impala-as-home, and you made it even more poignant.

That was a very touching story. Nicely done, it wasn't too emotional, just the right amount. Like in the show

Even though the Season 5 finale aired a few years ago and we all know what happened since you really got me with that final line "I don't think he's coming home with us, but he's gonna know he's not alone." Loved the story with the little green plastic soldier featuring in each vignette and it's significance, and also seeing him was what prompted Sam to be able to overcome Lucifer wearing him as a meatsuit too. Love how you took both the soldier and the lego pieces and wove a great story.

Loved it. That impala back story was the best. I love what you did with the little green soldier. Wonderful piece.

"You always say she's part of the family, right? So she needs someone looking out for her, too." I literally started crying when I read that line. This was a very well written, very powerful piece. I've been slowly making my way through all your fics and they're all fantastic but for some reason this one and that line really stuck with me. Keep writing, please, and never stop, you're doing the world a service by writing things this lovely.

Geez...you reduced me to tears again, especially that last line, "I don't think he'll be coming home with us"...wow! But what a great series of scenes through the years. I love the fact that the back seat was kind of just their own little domain when they were kids. Yup...that was home.
