This is so exciting! though i quite like the Conan/Ran pairing, Conan/Ai pairing is also interesting. Though it somewhat feels wrong. It's like, in the series, Conan is soooo in love with Ran ...
Thought i feel like in the series, Ai likes Conan a teeny tiny bit (romantically)

Wow, it's been years, hasn't it? I see my name in the Author's Notes and think, what the heck did I do back then? Well, it's been a long time, and I'm now rereading this story like it's the first time I've seen it. Been re-realizing that CoAi (or in this case, ShinShi) is a ship that I would definitely sink with. Disregarding my previous reviews, I would like to comment on the fic as a whole. There are times when you have flashes of genius. Of course, other people may see them differently but there are times when your dialog just hits home.I think it's quite clear what my priorities are" and the lip-biting exchange are my favorites). And then there are times when the prose drags, as if they're there to deliberately advance the story. Of course, it's been around 5 years since you last updated, and I believe you've improved over that course. This review might have been pointless (and a little long), but I personally prefer getting reviews like these (makes me feel a stronger connection with the reader), and I was betting on the fact that you do, too. Hopefully you do get this message. Just know that if you ever continue this, or if you ever start writing again, there'll be someone here to read your work. Cheers!
