Fastred of the North chapter 2 . 5/27/2019 Hahaha! This is so entertaining, mostly because it's so TRUE! |
Guest chapter 8 . 5/19/2019 So...Turgon and Maeglin nobody likes? And each one of Maglor's thoughts...awww. |
Guest chapter 7 . 5/19/2019 I agree with Galadriel and Gil-Galad about Maglor. My favorite Feanorian...sniffle. |
Guest chapter 6 . 5/19/2019 With friends like these, who needs enemies? And Cannot agree on anything other than Feanor is a menace and Caranthir is a pain. Really? I hadn't noticed. *dripping sarcasm* |
Guest chapter 5 . 5/19/2019 That's right, Edain! Orcs are everyone's enemies. |
Guest chapter 4 . 5/19/2019 Oh really? Yes, I had noticed the lack of self preservation. |
Guest chapter 3 . 5/19/2019 I respectfully differ from my people here-no one makes chain mail better then the Noldor. |
Guest chapter 2 . 5/19/2019 Yes, I like the part about "they started it!" |
Guest chapter 1 . 5/19/2019 Flame eyed lunatics. Yes, I'm remembering why I call myself a Noldo in an Edain body. Cut out the 'flame eyed' and that's me...I'm crazy. |
Guest chapter 7 . 4/20/2019 I agree with Finrod about Maglor. Poor guy. At least Maedhros was a good brother though. |
Lydwina Marie chapter 8 . 4/26/2017 This is hilarious! You should do one on Elladan and Elrohir! |
codename00guest chapter 8 . 8/31/2016 Man, this family has problems... The entire Silmarillion is basically about this family's problems. Eesh. But I do like this one. :) |
Sophia the Scribe chapter 8 . 8/23/2016 Another good chapter here. Maedhros and Maglor's descriptions of Turgon were great: "Orodreth is more use" and "I was a better high king," haha! You never want to be a worse High King than Maglor, or less useful than Orodreth. Looking forward to more! Blessings, Sophia |
Laerthel chapter 7 . 8/21/2016 First of all, SORRY this review took me so long, especially because I was the one (or at least, I took part of those) who requested the continuation of the story at the first place... I'm really glad you did continue it, and thank you! :) The result, as before, is really entertaining. I like how the "prejudice" trait remained very visible in the story - judgements like these could easily make the characters appear just black and white, but as you include many opinions on the same character, they get the opportunity to develop a little bit. I really like these caricature versions of the characters, and I tend to believe Feanor was truly regarded as a mental for many-many years... Not without reason, of course... but I admit to have a huge soft spot for the Feanoreans, sometimes bordering extenuation, and it's refreshing to be able to laugh at their faults for once. P.S.: "With friends like these, who needs enemies..." Oh, dang it. I loved that line. |
Uvatha the Horseman chapter 7 . 8/9/2016 My favorite (on Feanor) "You had the world on a silver platter, and you broke it." Love it! |
