Aw, that was so sweet. I love the pairing Kisame/Itachi! I love bottom Itachi! I loved this story so much!

I love the idea of this story- I love the thought of Kisame as a merman, I love itachi being ostracized for "killing" the continuation of the clan, I love Kisame and Itachi's relationship dynamic.
I just, I wish there was more to love. It's seems more a matter of personal preference, so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I wish you would have fleshed out merfolk culture more. Gone a little more in-depth about how they live day to day and interact with one another, what they value and what they discard, where they come from and how they are raised. The kind of things you may not think about that shape how you view and interact with the world.
Alot of the time it seemed Kisame was more human than merman. Like really how in the hell does a merman know what a fire is or how to start one or that human's cook there food over fires? How does he know the purpose of human clothing or of what is pleasurable for a human body sexualy? How does he know about human's idea of merfolk and how does he know about human's fear of sharks? Why would he think of himself as a mostly human being with partial shark-like tendances if he were raised in a society filled with merfolk? Human's don't think of ourselves as being mostly ape-like with self awareness and curiousity, we think of ourselves as human beings.
I wish you would have told a little less and shown a little more of Itachi and Kisame's conversations, not that showing is superior to telling, but it seems almost every interaction they have is just Itachi reflecting on how courteous or whatever Kisame had been five minutes ago when they had some kind of conversation about some kind of thing.
I just, I don't mean to be discouraging or anything, I just think this story had the potential to be greater than it currently is. Not that it isn't already amazing.

I loved this story! I cried when Itachi was sad. Keep up the great work.

I read this story a while ago, but never got around to reviewing. It's one of the best KisaIta I have ever read. It inspired me to write my own underwater KisaIta story. I love the entire plot, the detail, and how fluffy Kisame is. It's adorable.

Simply amazing! I loved the storyline and how it evolved,though I must admit that a sequel,with their love troubles in the ocean would be amazing!But I'm just saying,not really hoping for for making this one,I truthfully enjoyed it.
