This is a wonderful story. Your characters are very believable and I love the relationship between Loghain and Ceridwen. I hope you will continue!

My, my! I think I like this rage-filled Ceridwen. It gives more depth to her character. Btw: your rage against DA2 is justified. I'm really disappointed with the game myself. From the lack luster story, to the dull companions, overall I cannot bring myself to like the game as much as DA Origins.

I loved Loghain playing with children! I think he'd make a great grandpa for Anora and Alistair's babies :D

I love the image of Loghain playing with the kids in the grass. If it wasn't too late for Ceridwen's heart before then it's going to be now! :)

Lots to enjoy here! Lots of sexy sweetness for the grown ups and then adorable stuffed mabaris for the little children.

Going to the Circle was interesting and sad. Loghain's concern for little Shirei is well-founded. I find it fresh and different that Greagoir is more sympathetic than Irving.

This my friend was a healthy chapter... I like the way you had Loghain glance around to realize the prison the mages suffer through. It is becoming a really great story... I would like to know more about little Maric.

You were right about Ceridwen not being very happy with Irving. He threw her under the bus for his own purposes, then wonders why she rages at him. And I'm so glad that Anders is coming on board. He's no Loghain, but I like him all the same! Though Greagoir ticks me off...don't you love how the Circle is quick to use Ceridwen when it suits them?

Oooooooooooh, how wonderful! I loved Ceri's discussion with Wynne. And the smut...delicious! You wrote that so well, it's brilliantly evocative. The scene at the Tower with Irving was chilling and saddening. GO Ceri! And Yay Anders! Can't wait to see where this goes! Excellent as always! XD

And now we know what Ceridwen looks like. Well done. Oh,the image of Loghain playing in the grass with Maric and Sherei is just wonderful...a grass stained shirt and grass in his hair...with Ceridwen to bathe him. What a lucky man. And yes, I suspect Wynne is right in saying it is too late for poor Ceridwen's heart, no matter how much she thinks otherwise.

I love the relationship between Ceridwen and Loghain, the wryness, the teasing, the surprising tenderness.

And I loved the line: He shrugged it off; he wasn't exactly one to inspire confidence, after all. Unexpectedly poignant.

Take that, Irving! The twit. That was a very intense and much needed passage. Ceridwen's response to him was measured and heartfelt. I'd like to watch if he goes through the Joining. ;)

Loghain's observation of Greagoir's expression being one any good commander would wear was spot on. And yay for him trying to save Anders, an unexpected mercy that has me grinning.

I really enjoyed this, they related very naturally with each other and with the other characters and I reall like the addition of the children. Looking forward to more. :)

I like the idea of the children who seem to be the mini versions of the adults, I wonder when we will find more about Maric's origins... That I am guessing is for another time.

I literally gasped in excitement when I saw this story had been updated! I get the impression these youngsters will play a crucial part in the story later on. Or maybe I'm reading too much into it.
