| Lionasha No Bruja chapter 1 . 8/27/2011 I *want* to like this pairing, I really do, and this is so well written. But... the way Shikamaru describes his perfect woman comes from sexist chauvinism (I have no idea WHY the Nara men are sexist, but they are). He values Hinata because she won't push him, won't nag him, won't "trouble" him, even if he deserves it, even if she's unhappy. I can see this pairing working, maybe. But for all the wrong reasons. |
