Where is the next chapter?!

This is a well-written fic, I can't say that there's anything really wrong with it, but I won't be reading on because I'm just not feeling this plot. The problem for me is that all the drama in the fic is over something stupid Sasuke did when he was TEN. Not only that, but he and Naruto had been "dating" for only a week when he kissed Karin. Yeah, Sasuke had a screwed up idea of what dating was all about back then, but he was also TEN; that's to be expected. But even if they'd both been in their 30s when it happened, unless they'd promised to be exclusive, after only one week of dating, Sasuke was still free to kiss or date whoever he wanted to. He didn't technically do anything wrong.

If the episode with Karin was just the excuse that made Naruto leave in the first place and all the drama in the fic was about something completely different, I could have lived with it. An elementary school breakup would have been a stupid reason to make Naruto pick up and move to another city, but as long as the fic had moved on from it, I could have, too. But the fic didn't.

Naruto says what happened between them is in the past and happened long ago, yet he's refusing Sasuke's friendship and says he can't trust him because of the past. Iruka thinks Sasuke isn't trustworthy either, also because of what happened in the past. Sasuke is still so hung up on his week-long relationship with Naruto that he's shamelessly chasing him around while trying to pretend he's only doing it out of revenge. And now the story has made things even more complicated by making Sakura and Ino obsessed over the past, too. Like, all of these things are happening because of a week-long relationship from when they were in the 5th grade. It's just not that important.

Please please please please please update soon please please please and ugh do they seriously think Sasuke is stupid enough to believe them
