good story

This fanfic is great, it just gets a bit TOO weird when Dave cradles him I just can't see it lol but otherwise this is the best fanfic I've read it should become an episode lol

This made me well up quite a bit as this was quite a read. This gave further insight and closure to the loss of Cookie for those of us blindsided by his sudden departure in the original episode so many years ago (was a very little kid when I first watched it, still bring tears to my eyes to this day) - Something always told me Alvin would take the little kitty's death the hardest because of his actions, with Theo coming in at a very close second. All in all, this is wonderful and excellent work! I'll go get my kleenex now :'-(

This is a beautiful story.I,like the Chipmunks,have lost not one but two pets to death-My first dog,Darla,died of
old age,and I had to have my second dog,Lady,put to sleep because she was old and sick.I saw the cartoon "Cookie Chomper the Third" in 2008,and heard the song "Beautiful Memories".I have a memorial I made for Darla,who was my favorite dog,and included on it are the words to"Beautiful Memories".Every time I read those lyrics,I think of both Darla and Lady.

Normally I'm a Simon fan... But that was beautiful

Poor Alvin, I can't believe that he is still blaming himself. I am glad he is able to forgive himself, even though he and his brothers will never forget...
