first and foremost, glad to see you back in this story. as you may well know-and as evidenced by my tattoos-i fucking love star wars. any chance i get to read some good stuff (and help brainstorm/edit/awesome-ify) i'm gonna be all about it bout it.

first scene is superb. it's not easy to have actual things going on in dialogue. a lot of people forget that there is a world outside of the conversation. alternatively, a lot of people forget that the conversation is the driving force behind a scene. you found the very happy medium: keeping a legit round of pazaak going while having revan and sebulga verbally duke it out about a lot of heavy shit. i remembered reading this a (fucking goddamned) year ago, but it still reads as wonderfully as the first time. and the second.

poor selvi. and bastila for that matter. you perfectly capture that feel of having a pupil/underling/loved one whom you are trying to instruct go the wrong way, and taking all you've taught them down with it. the two of them both know what's going on with arina, and don't want to admit it; this comes off crystal clear in the spaces between, which is exactly how it should. that's some hemingway shit right there, sonNnN.

the last scene gave some good insight into what's going on in the dark side of things, letting us know both what arina is going to do, and who is pushing her to do it. the scene makes me feel like we're on the tallest precipice of a rollercoaster and that shit is about to drop like a dubstep track.

of course you know i'm waiting for the next installment. call me whenever you wanna brainstorm the next chap.

Great update! I might have to read the other chapters again to have an idea again of the story, but thats fine. ;)

This chapter seemed a little off, We've just met Arina, and the only confirmation of her conflictions were when Bastila mentioned it. So the revelation that she lied and all that, wasn't as good as it could have been. Still this was good

This was pretty good, quite enjoyable, reading the rest should be exciting

I am really liking this story especially since it is character driven and all the characters you write are well done, making the story that much more enjoyable. So much so that I had to fave it.

Revan rallying his old allies with another excellently well written original character whose personality and history have been well thought out.

I am curious about other Kotor characters making appearances such as carth, Hk-47 (true awesome), t3-m4, Canderous. I hope they do, sicne you have already proven to write the others so well.

So now that I have caught up with the story, I now must patiently wait for an update...

The Jolee and Jerissk scenes get better and better. Those two work very well together.

Jolee teaching Jerissk was awesome. That old jedi master is by far the coolest teacher you could have, Jerissk should consider himself lucky.

The scene with Revan and Bastila was very poignant. You write the two of them well.

Another good chapter. I really like character development in stories and you did a good job.

The scenes were well written, the jedi council and Jerissk was nicely done. As well as their agreement.

Jerissk being trained by Jolee was very interesting and I look forward to seeing how that turns out. You are right, Jolee is an awesome character.

You wrote Bastila really well, the entire scene in her room with her apprentice was well done, I could clearly see the scene playing out as you wrote it with the picture, the medal, the robes and the sith saber all adding to the ambiance to the room.

Now that Jerissk is on Dantooine, it will be interesting to see how Bastila's apprentice will react.

Just found your story, I apologize that this is the first review, I will try to make up for it.

The first few chapters are written very well.

You have a good blend of canon characters and some very interesting OCs who I am interested in learning more about.

Your battle scenes are well done and the way you write about the force and how it is used is marvelous.

I am very interested in seeing how this story goes as well as curious to see if the exile makes an appearance.

Kotor is one of my favorite games with Bastila and Revan being two of my fave chars and pairing.

I am curious to know how many years have gone by since the events of kotor?

Keep up the good work, I am back to reading and I will try to review more. :)

Oh wow, I missed that you updated this! It was a long wait but this chapter was worth it. Loved the pod racing scene and the subtle maneuvering done by Sebulga. Also the part where he made thw Twi'lek basically shit himself in fear as he choked him, only to let him go and live in fear was some powerful stuff. Loved it.

Its also going to be interesting to see how these two get along. Even amongst the Sith there can friends, although I feel more like Revan is a special case and just has buttloads of charisma.

Ah, I am so annoyed at myself. The alert email in my inbox has been driving me insane, because I kept on telling myself that I cannot read any fics until all my assignments are done, otherwise I'll forget them and just keep reading. So thank god, I finally finished them-because I got to read a new chapter of the one and only Legacies and it was so good! Sebulga is such a refreshing and vivid character, and he reminds me of the dug Selbulga from the prequel movies, no? Except he is more dangerous, and mysterious and has actually power behind his threats. I'm glad you spun off his perspective this chapter, because I really look forward to reading more, because it is such a relishing story and character-driven and I'm always hungry for more.

But anyway, give yourself a pat on the back, I know its really hard to get out of writer's block, but its good you have come back because I was missing the story.
