Reviews for The Unsinkable Dr B
TyrantChimera chapter 22 . 6/20/2018
What a fun read! Poor Dr. B seems to have all the luck of being in the right place at the wrong time. And oldie, but a goodie as far as fics go!~
SuperKitty4789 chapter 22 . 5/5/2018
Another amazing story! It was the perfect sequel
Zakeraz chapter 13 . 6/22/2017
One thing that's a bit disappointing about this story is that it's staying mostly on the canon rails despite Dr. B being a significant departure. We aren't seeing any ripple effects like say at least one of the Prime 3 bounty hunters surviving their corruption or the Pirates failing to capture the hatchling or more of your OCs surviving Ceres Station. Mecha Ridley is a departure for sure. I'm guessing he's a completed version of the robo Ridley at the end of Zero Mission. There is still time for some changes, so I'll holdout hoping for something interesting.
EricLightscythe chapter 22 . 11/12/2015
I was initially skeptic, but in the end I really enjoyed this series. If at all, the only complaint I have with this series is that Samus didn't absorb the SA-X like she originally does in Metroid:Fusion... but that's pretty minor. All in all, a good read.
TacoKing23 chapter 22 . 10/2/2015
Okay, seriously? Dr. B is my favorite OC ever. I hope you write many more stories with him, because he is great.
TacoKing23 chapter 11 . 10/2/2015
My I hurts too, Dr. B. Most of us experience it.
TacoKing23 chapter 9 . 10/2/2015
This one made me smile.
TacoKing23 chapter 7 . 10/2/2015
Wow, this Ita is kind of a douche. Hang in there, Dr. B.
TacoKing23 chapter 5 . 10/2/2015
Poor Dr. B. I hope he doesn't make any rash decisions.
TacoKing23 chapter 4 . 10/2/2015
Uh-oh. "The boss wants to see you" is very rarely a good thing to hear.
TacoKing23 chapter 1 . 10/2/2015
Dr. B is the adorablest Space Pirate ever.
Andrea Foxx chapter 22 . 11/15/2014
I just want you to know that I have read the dr. b stories like twice during slow times on my ipad at work now and they are giving me so much life. I have always loved dr. b but recently that love has been revived.

His discoveries concerning the I have real meaning- and I guess as I am slightly older I see how NOT valued independence and self-sufficiency are in most organized environments, how totally one is expected to submit even if it means the work will be ruined or a major setback. Dr. B's exploration looking for a place that doesn't try and subdue the agency of himself and others really hits me harder than it used to.
Guest chapter 3 . 11/25/2013
This is a great story. I haven't read the original, but I'm planning to, after seeing this. The concrete perspective sheds light on things in a humorous way.
dromicei chapter 1 . 6/22/2013
Excellent fic! The premising was original and fascinating, the characters were dynamic and developed naturally, and the themes of discrimination and deception were treated very well. The only thing that I disliked was how abrupt it seemed to end at the last chapter, and how quickly they decided to make Computer Adam their new companion-it seemed a little unnaturally fast.

All told, a truly well-written, enjoyable, and unique fic, and definitely one that I will recommend to anyone looking for a great Metroid fic. Cheers!
mutecebu chapter 11 . 6/10/2013
