I've read this before, several times. This time I wanted to say how much I love your stories, and this one in particular. Really nice. A fitting tribute to an actor I enjoyed as well.

This is a lovely and moving tribute to Gambit, it also shows your love and respect for the actor who brought the character to life so wonderfully, Gareth Hunt. I feel your sense of loss in your authors notes, we sometimes forget that these actors are human and they age like the rest of us mortals, unlike their characters.

I love your portrayal of both Purdey (Mrs Gambit) and Gambit in these stories, you can almost see them on screen.

I've added this story to my 'Favourites' and will be revisiting it often.
