I'd love for you to do more of these. You write beautifully and have all the characters perfect.

I think Brennan needs to hear those things from Angela because they're so very true. I wish she would pick up the phone and call Booth :( The ending was very poignant.

As usual, you nailed the voices, providing Angela with the exact right words to say.

It didn't occur to me until now that OF COURSE Bones would use her writing to "create a world she can't have in this one." I mean, on the show, we barely know she's a best-selling novelist - aside from the fact we're reminded occasionally that she has piles of money - but her doing that makes the same kind of sense as Booth's comadreamlife. They're using other means to create a world they *think* they can't have in the real one. (Sidebar: It's a sign of fandom that the "real world" I refer to is just another fake one, right? Fandom - NOT obsession, right? Right? Hee!)

Hurrah for mentioning Kathy and Andy by name, and...did that last line take me by surprise, or WHAT? But how else could you end after all that came before?

Great job, once more. Sorry you're ending this series. There are so many more songs out there!

"Love Her Madly," by The Doors? He loves her madly and she's slamming doors! You're so darned clever. I *love* it!

I love the way Booth tries to think it all through; tries to figure out what's going on in her "big genius brain" and then resigns himself to searching the city for her, because he's certainly not going to sit around hoping she comes back.

Nice ending. EXACTLY in character.

This drabble resonates, whether connected to an ep or not. That they are essentially available for each other, no matter why, is phenomenal. In some respects, I wish they wouldn't "cross that line," because I'm afraid it would ruin this beautiful *thing* they already have between them!

But that's probably just me, huh? ;)
