Aww, this story is so sweet. Poor Italy to have to be in that much pain. It's sweet that he has a loving Ludwig to take care of him. It's great how Ludwig is both caring yet firm at the same time-the best way to take care of Feli.

I love the part where Feli starts freaking out about the possibility of Ludwig catching his illness and nearly spills his tea. I can just see him doing that.
