This was terrible... I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! This is probably one of the better Zutara fics that I’ve read, and I love the way you kept away from villainizing Aang like so many other writers do. It was refreshing, to say the least.

Hey now, my friend! That was a great story!
You kept saying in your author's notes that it was an epic fail, but I found it a joy to read.
I only have one thing to say. Normally, I wouldn't flaunt my opinion like this, but here we go:
I don't feel as though Zuko and Katara would share a very, how shall I say, romantic relationship. I feel that they would be the kind if people who would act like close friend's rather than lovers. I don't feel like they would kiss each other all that often and instead would do more hugging. Hugs are always nicer anyway.
But hey, what do I know? My family and I are only halfway through season 2.
That is just my opinion, though.;)
Anyway, wonderful story, and thank you for taking the time to write for us.

I really liked Zuko and Katara's hypothetical situation conversation regarding the servant girl xD I don't think Sokka would react that strongly, because he's been through a lot with Zuko and he knows Zuko's a good guy who'll treat his sister well, but that's just my opinion. I liked it; good job! :)

It had it's awkward moments, but it was all well-done and enjoyable to read :) I think you did a great job in how you continued the story, especially with Zuko's reaction, and Katara's reaction to his reaction. (You'd think I could come up with better word choice than that as a writer, but it seems to fit, so meh.) Anyways, I really enjoyed this story. You did an excellent job inspiring the moods of the scenes in your audience, and it was all a joy to read; well-done and catching. Keep up the awesome work! I look forward to reading more from you soon!

Wonderful :) I found this whole chapter really sweet and touching. I think you did an excellent job of handling Zuko's character. In Sokka-land, his normal is already a bit crazy and very loose-tongued, so of course his 'crazy' is going to be CRAZY. Zuko's so... resigned; reserved, maybe? He's very in-control by the end of the series. (A shout-out to Iroh and his lessons/general-awesomeness here!) So in that light, I think Zuko's reaction to the Cactus Juice was fitting. I only wish there had been a bit more mention of his underlying persona throughout the muddled-mindedness. I love how smoothly and reasonably you transitioned through all the different conversation points, and I really enjoyed how you set up the whole scenareo, from the after-affects of the fight, to the set-up to Katara being alone with Zuko to heal him, and (bonus points!) how you addressed the current Aang/Katara situation. Keep up the fantastic work! I look forward to seeing what you've done in the next chapter. Keep being awesome!
