Talkative, funny drunk Hermione is very entertaining.

This is perfect! Just the dose of fluff I needed to welcome me back into the world of those with access to the internet (first my connection was being dodgy, then the family PC crashed - I have the worst. luck. ever. when it comes to technology).

I loved your ranting, sincere, and so very impassioned Hermione. You can just tell that she believes in everything she's saying as much as she believes in house elf rights. :) The times you posted to separate the scenes was a great device, and really gave the story even more of a comedic feel.

Your Harry - I adore your Harry. Such a genuinely nice guy, with just the right touch of alpha male and naughty gentleman at the end. He definitely sold it for me, especially when he decided that Gryffindors didn't miss opportunities.

If you're still looking for a beta, I would be happy to apply for the job. Pride and Prejudice makes the 'chick flick' world go round, and there are few things I enjoy more than beta-ing for authors I love instead of doing reading and coursework. :)

I am so impressed with your transition from twilight to HP fics. IMO, HP is in a class of its own and is hard to do well, but you have done it!

The interactions felt right, it feels like a natural extension of the HP-world, and of course so much more right than what JKR gave us in the epi (though she is a goddess and I don't disparage her ever).
