Man, I don't usually read slash stories, but this one was really sad. You captured a lot of anguish in the story and though you had it between John and David, really you could apply that secret love to any sex and still capture that unrelenting sadness. Very well done.

I love this story so, so much. I love how you portray the characters, the writing style, everything! This is my favorite SGA fic.

I never thought about this pairing my self (like several others), however I like it. I hope that you write another story or so with this pairing in mind.

(I have to admit that I kind of wanted to hurt Parrish, just a little bit, about halfway through this story. It was fabulous, however, nonetheless!)

This story is just beautiful

yeah, that hurts. when you love someone and can't say or just don't say and then see that someone with someone else.
this story was sad and funny and i really loved it. i really can imagine ronon coming to anybody that hurts john and say 'fix it!' the underlying meaning is practically 'if you don't, they'll never find your body'.
this story would be easier to read if you inserted lines or breaks somehow so that one knows that this is another scene.

I've read every John/Parrish story I've found to death already, so this is brilliantastic!

Great story, it's not a pairing that I would have thought of but very interesting all the same. My own personal one is Sheppard / Lorne.

You just made me cry for half of the story. And I was listening to Rachel Lutrell sing 'Beyond the Night' at the worse moment. It didn't help... And I don't even read this pairing! *glares at you for writing such great stories*

Sheppard/Parrish is not a pair I would think about but I read this because it was written by you and I was not let down as usual. And now, I can even imagine this pair! See the magic you spin with your pen!

you have a great talent. You kinda make me like every pairing that you write about, even the ones I never considered or liked before. My heart went out to John in this story. In fact he might have woken certain maternal instincts in me, because I felt like cooking him some chicken soup and maybe bake some pie. It was freaky. John's obvious heart break made me quite tearful actually. I feel like curling up with some icecream. Thank you for this beautiful story.

I like the little interlude with Spock changing colours :-) I might go and read Life for Rent to cheer me up.
