Don't think I've ever read that other story, but this one was pretty interesting. There was no end to Viktor's bad luck on that task, huh? Actually LANDING on something that bit him.

A very enjoyable chapter (or story).

Liked the theme going through the story about Harry trying to ask Ginny to the ball, yet circumstances and whatnot prevented him from succeeding until the very end. LOL.

Nevertheless, I enjoyed your version of the additional task. It wasn't difficult yet it wasn't easy either. Yay for Ron about the food, which I didn't even think about since I was concentrating on the upcoming task. It was funny that Harry got to spend time with other people during the task, so Sirius was a pleasant surprise.

The hint regarding Hermione and Victor was clearly obvious, though I felt bad that he had bad luck during the task. Though I did like the hint about Fleur and Bill.

Out of curiosity, what was it Cedric saw which was so vicious. The hippogriff, erumpents, sphinx, basilisk, and four dragons are all deadly creatures and should have had a lot of points.

A very original task! I can't wait to see what other tasks are created for the SIYE Challenge. Well written, and I like the idea that Ginny was accidently pulled along, and helped Harry.
