Ah, I am completely speechless! This is wonderful, absolutely wonderful! I have been playing with this idea for sometime myself - Kabuto being the sick one - but have never gotten very far with it. I might add that I believe you wrote this as perfectly as anyone could have. I'm honestly a bit afraid to tackle it, now. No one could follow that performance! Characterization was beautiful, and there was no yaoi, which is becoming more and more rare. (I'm not a yaoi fan, myself...) I really hope you post more stories like this in the future!
