This is fantastic, really, really fantastic.

I love how dark it is in some ways, after all, most people don't want to think of their own funerals, but it is so right that Meredith probably would have done, at least as a teenager.

On the other hand, this is beautifully hopeful. Meredith now knows she is loved, by Derek sure, but by other people too. That is so sweet and poignant.

Lovely, lovely stuff, beautifully written, in character, and just all around great.
