SigningSiren chapter 37 . 3/31/2017
This story is wonderful! I really like the pacing. It would be very difficult for these characters to work through these emotions and figure out how to integrate each other into their lives. I think Obi-Wan behaves believably for a mature 15 year old boy who has had his entire world shaken. You also did a good job presenting the parent's conflicted emotions between their expectations of a lovable 2 year old and the reality of a determined 15 year old. You also did a great job displaying the character's emotions through a mix of their introspection and actions. I can tell the story was about to pick up and I'm sorry it ended. I would LOVE it if you chose to complete this story some day.

*sigh* I suppose it's a lost cause, hoping for an update a year and a half later? I want to know how it ends.

I just found this story and love it and hope that you decide to finish it. Though I was wondering were you got the ideal of Obi-Wan seeing his parents because I have not read a story like this kind before.

I realize it's been a while since you have updated your story, but I truly hope that you update it again soon. While hesitant at first at the idea of family it presented, I am extremely satisfied that I gave it a shot and continued reading. I enjoy the relationships that you portray, although I would privately be even more enthusiastic if you were to add more Qui-Gon/Obi-Wan scenes. Your OC's seem to perfectly fit into the Star Wars universe, and while giving hints as to the 'villains' of the story, you manage to keep them safely hidden away, not allowing certainty in the reader's guesses of who it might be.
Annabel Willow chapter 37 . 9/14/2012
oh dear... something tells me obi-wan's gonna get kidnapped...

keep up the good work! I really like this story so far/ I want more evil people!
Anne Camp aka Obi-quiet chapter 37 . 9/11/2012
You know, I've begun to feel like you're dragging the tension out, like this 'calm before the storm'. It's making the pace drag a bit and I don't think it's conducive to the story anymore. You can belay that by showing us what's happening with the antagonists (not to mention that can really up the tension) but I recommend starting the climax of the story soon.
blueoctober chapter 37 . 9/2/2012
:) Glad to see another chapter! Liked the chapter, especially the part where Garen was teasing Obi-Wan. It was nice to see everyone getting along. Loved how you ended it with them racing back to the house. Keep up the great work! Hope you enjoy the rest of your Labor Day Weekend.
Obiwan456 chapter 37 . 8/30/2012
Oh my goodness...Obi-Wan seems a bit mixed up as to what he wants to do when the time comes. He's becoming attached to his family, but he's meant to be a Jedi. I'm sure the Jedi is where he'll go, but he'll never be the same after getting to know his family...the old home is bringing so many memories back to him, isn't it.

But I do not trust any of the men he's been introduced to, I don't care how much Nyla assures him. I was just sure Jensonwas going to nab Obi-Wan the first chance he got.

What a mix - warm family times mixed with angst as to the threat that is so near...good job! :)
Valairy Scot chapter 37 . 8/29/2012
The lazy, hazy days of summer. So obstinate Obi-Wan is - not so obstinate. Determined, but a bit conflicted.

Lovely update - have a nice holiday yourself.

Nice stuff. Labour Day was in Marxh, wasn't it? It's Father's Day that's coming up!
