I have no idea if i have reviewed this before, but im doing it again if i have.
This story, while not making me cry, made me very depressed. And the worst thing about that, is i already knew what was going to happen when i started reading it for the second time. I want to cry so bad, because i feel terrible for everyone in this story, and i love this story so much :) its sad, and brilliant, and the best story about these two by far. So thank you for writing it, it entertained me no less the second time around

I'm confused, is this the same chapter as chapter 14 on some parts?

I have read this Fic in three days and it was just awesome. Oh damn, I can't even describe the whole kinds of feelings, I had while reading. Most of time, the tension almost killed me. xD
I admire your stile of writing a lot. I haven't reading as many Fanfictions as good as this one, when it comes to the creation of tension and feelings. And I can tell you, I have read a lot of Matt and Mello Fanfiction in the last four month. Really. I can not even give you a exact number, but it should be much over hundred. :D Naturally not everyone as long as this one.

But the best and also worst thing for me, was the ending. I have not cried for nearly half a year. It isn't a thing I do often and when it happens while reading, it is normally just a few tears and that's it.
But this ending... I promise I've never cried so hard while reading something. That was awful, but in a good way.
But nevertheless I'm so, so happy, that you have wrote the alternative ending. I'm sure, I wouldn't have quit crying now, if you had not written it. xD

I finished around an hour ago, I think, and I'm still full of the weirdest combination of feelings.

Oh, and I am really happy, that you let Matt top! :D I also write him as the one who is top. (But in German. How i said, my English isn't that great xD) It's just right in my point of view. :D

Hmm.. Well, the original ending tore me to shreds. I actually think I died? So I'm just gonna pretend that this is the original ending. I always love when stories don't end on a cheesy happy note, but then I always get uber depressed when there is an unhappy ending. I mean really, this particular fanfic made me cry.. Like actual tears. I've only cried like three times in my life. But I suppose that means you did a fantastic job. Kudos, author-chan.

Atleast you didn't have Matt come back to life .i hate it when authors do that. But THANK YOU for taking the risk and killing Matt. It made me love this fic even more :-)

Ahh man. I was enjoying this fic so much til I got to the end. I was looking for a good M/M fic where the characters were written as they should be and L was just a bonus. Your writing is great and I enjoyed it but I was so... downtrodden at the end. I had been waiting since chapter 5 or 6 for them to kiss. I felt the admission of romance dragged far too much, I thought they would admit it in 'firefly' and then again in the chapter after and they didn't and then.. well the ending happened and I wasn't expecting it in the slightest and now I just feel flat. I read your AN where you said you trend that needed to be broken, and I can't believe out of all of your stories I read the one with the heartbreaking ending.

If you read this, years after completeing it can you message me with the most romantic of your M/M fics please.

I've been having the "I retaliated" in my mind for 2 days straight. This line is cool!

So I don't know how many times I've read this fic, let alone this chapter. I'm assuming I reviewed the whole thing before, today, I just looked for this "I retaliated" line. I read a bit further and read the part where it's mentioned the room smells like cigarettes although Matt smoked at the window. Always reminds me of this science lesson, a long long time ago, when the teachers told us smoking in front of the window would not prevent smoke, and most of all the smell of it, to remain in the room. Something to do with the indoor being usually warmer than the outdoor...

Anyway, in case I never got to tell you, this fic is one of the fics that convinced me to put you in my favourite author list. Thank you for it :)
