This was a story that definately warrented an emotional reaction. But I didn't give one, I was so close to crying, but no. I think though that a final flashback with Sunstreaker and Sideswipe at the end would have T-ed the story off.

Not that the ending was bad! I liked the ending. But one more flashback would have, I dunno, made the story feel like it had closure. Not that it didn't! Oh wow . . . I'm sure from one author to another, you get what I'm trying to say xD

Hm. Oh. I loved Prowl in this aswell. IDW comic-verse is nice, so I liked that too. I've been reading a lot of G1.

The storyline was good also. and I like how the slash wasn't just thrown in, it fit and it was sweet. :]

You handled the characters well. The darkness Sideswipe was facing and the careful support of Prowl towards him. For the length of the piece, you did well showing Sideswipe healing and in the end it was pleasant to see Sideswipe strong enough to understand/to be able to go on with life, to live and love because Sunstreaker does not have the chance. Actually a rather peaceful peace all around. Thank you for sharing.

Lovely. I liked Prowl's very careful promise and Sideswipe's dramatic one; they both seemed very appropriate.
