This was lovely. Having Merlin and Igraine meet like this was a brilliant idea, and you handled it so well. Her love for her son, her admission that she'd known what she was doing when she and Uther went to Nimueh to conceive...well done! I also loved Merlin's observation that she was as frustrating as her son! My favorite bit, and the part I found most intriguing was Arthur asking Merlin if he'd tell him if anything were wrong. Just lovely. Keep writing.
