Ouch! I could swear I'd reviewed this, 'cause I read it three times, found new vocabulary and everything...

I like nice, caring doctors, especially taking care of Dean. He needs a motherly figure, even more than Sam does. You got it right, Dean opened up, but not too much. Our Dean's a reserved person, would never give in so easily. He just does that, because they're stuck in the elevator, the space where people "are willing to submit to closer spacing than they would normally accept." That's true.

I loved Tara. I wish Dean's going to her clinic, or calls her at least.

I truly loved Dean coughing and sneezing and that the doctor's "...throat pricks in sympathy and she shifts closer, starts rubbing his back." Also I loved the intimicy they share. I feel Dean's not embarassed, he finds comfort in her presence: "She can feel the shift when his gag reflex kicks in. His breaths are suddenly slower but still railroaded in, compulsive. His body rocks forward and his back hunches up." *happy sighs*

I think it's actually quite brilliant, not a wasted word. Your writing is clear, clean and neat, so enjoyable to read, and makes me happy. Everything is articulate and works like a Swiss watch. Thanks!
