Oh man, depressing yet sweet. Wow. And Germany's "I like you just the way you are" line, oh man, sad. Sadder than I thought it would be. But oh so good! You can't help but feel bad for Italy. He so hoped it'd be HRE. Aw, you're breaking my heart. (But I love it.)

Yet for some reason I can't help but feel bad for Japan. He's always getting the strange end of situations; it's hilarious. The Prussia thing made me laugh too.

I like this story. I like the way you wrote Italy looking at the sleeping Germany (that 'strange thought' line made me laugh) , and how Italy went about asking Germany to get him to remember his childhood.

Even if Germany couldn't remember, it's a lovely read.

Though when Germany said "I like you the way you are" , like Italy said to HRE once, I thought for sure he got his memories back.

Just a one-shot, huh? It really doens't sound like a one-shot, and if it is, that is a very cruel ending. I would love to see more from this story, but it is your choice in the end, hm?

I'd set the stories status to "complete" if you don't have anything else planned. A lot of people tend to ignore the summary and just jump at the idea of their favourite couple.

Still, this was cute, and it'd be really nice to see a story where Germany remembers his past. (Well, implied past.)

Okay, that line made me crack up. . . *Imagines Germany having that kind of interest with Italy. . .**instantly blushes*

This is a very interesting point. I'm pretty sure we all know Germany and HRE are the same. It's just, I never though what would Italy do if he had his own suspicions. So, I can't wait to see how Italy will go on from this point. :D
