This was a great fic showing Peeta's relationship with his family. It kind of leaves a vague impression on how their lives were like before the games, but it clearly shows that after it, Peeta's bond with Katniss only grew stronger while his and his family's grew smaller to the point where he disconnects himself from them. For something that isn't so lengthy, you also managed to get the depressing/hopeless kind of feeling too with his brothers never expecting to see him again. Great work

This fanfiction is really sad and heartbreaking, and just in a few short lines.

I like the concept that's been written about in this fanfic, about Peeta not coming back to his family and choosing Katniss over them. I've never thought about that aspect of their relationship but your fanfictions really explore them. And I'm, beginning to see more of Peeta's faults, especially as his neglect for his family. Perhaps he's too indifferent to them and doesn't care enough about them to see that they care about him.

*sniffles* I really wish we could've learnt more about Peeta's family... But I will take comfort from this :)

Sad...but still a great moment with Peeta's brothers. Collins never did write about them much and you did a great job(:

Wow. All the stories I've read lately have shown emnity between Peeta and his brothers. It's nice to see a story in which they still care about each other.

Wow. Definitely shows Peeta's home life and how him liking Katniss and being with her affects it. I never really thought about how his brothers reacted to all of this in that way. I thought about some parts, but this just showed a new idea. It really hits a person, even if it's short. Great job on it.
