Well, the story is interesting but it lacks a lot or supporting details. The events jump too quickly. For example, in the previous early chapters, Amy and Dan had only signed their names on the family tree and suddenly, there's a big time skip of 25 years. The OCs need to have more background, meaning, you should explain further their personalities. What is their importance to the story?

All in all, the story is actually good but it is going at a too fast pace. Give your story/chapters more detail. That way, your viewers/readers can get to fully appreciate your works.

Don't stop writing. With the right amount or experience and practice, you will be able to write even more beautiful stories. I hope to read more on this story.
