You say that all wizards have the same level of magic but that’s not true at all it’s disproved many times in the books I mean you just have to think about what a squib is and you realise this isn’t true. A squib has magic but not enough to use it which straight up disproves that everyone has the same level of magic

Perhaps it's just the way I read it, but it appears you are trying to build sympathy for Dumbledore, as an old man with the best of intentions, who made a mistake. Dumbledore is a manipulation scheming power hungry SOB. He knows exactly what he is doing. Even in canon he admits to being aware of he abuse harry suffered, but ignores it. Even without weapons training, Harry should have been taught. There is no way he was kept so ignorant unless there was a reason.

An excellent AU Harry Potter story.

Harry is traumatized after the death of Cedric and Sirius. He becomes maniacally obsessive about learning magic and becoming enough of a killer to take out Voldemort.

Recommended.

And this chapter leaves me yelling, "Carrot, Harry. Carrot!" at my screen.

I hope Harry would be softer towards Dudley. He’s really about to change for the better it seems and it’s no easy thing to suddenly change from a dumb and fat bully to be kind.
