great story loved it. I like your interpretation on this. I have read many stories that are based off what happened when Marie died and really enjoyed reading your view because you were able to keep Adam so well in character. Though I enjoyed the many others I think your story is one of the best at keeping Adam from dropping out of character. Anyways a great Bonanza story!

Okay, so I read the whole thing, and freaking LOVED this! On the show, I hated Adam-he seemed so "holier than thou"-but THIS...oh, THIS made me look at him in a COMPLETELY different way. So thank you. Excellent piece.
