That was definitely my favourite one so far. I love love love how you developed Dominic's character via Simone, and how the others all became his supporters. The empathy idea is absolutely brilliant. Great job with this, well done!

What a wonderfully surprising and inventive deconstuction of LDominic!

First of all, I have to say, wow. I'm still reeling, it felt like I've just watched an episode of Dollhouse. Everyone was in character, as is standard in your fics, and its so very well done.

I love how you juxtaposed Adelle with Simone, through the entire meeting with Laurence, but most notably when he walked through the door into her office for the first time in a while. It was a bittersweet punch to the face, I loved it, I had this brief moment of "woah, wait, wait, o, its not Adelle."

I love all the subtlety, especially all the hinting of the cannon that's still to come. "Cavalry will arrive in a decade" Love it, there's just no words.

I like how he would have told her about the NSA thing, because honestly, I envisioned that as well. There's just no way he would have kept that a secret, especially since their agenda's in regards to the dollhouse, would have started to align during the second season.

"And now we're back to our regular scheduled program of cold calculation" Oh my god, I was laughing so hard at this one. Their tone is described so accurately, yet humorously at the same time. Only you could pull this off for me.

"Welcome home, Laurence" I think I just shed a tear. You've given us so many sides to Laurence Dominic, that even he's confused. But at the end we know he's in good hands and that's what counts. Yes, I meant both pairs of hands ;)

I love the identity theme you presented. Its really true that so much of what you are, is really made up of what you offer on the surface.

Very well done, I'm so glad I get the privilege of reading your stuff. I'm learning so much from you, and I really can't wait to read more of your stories.

all the major players worked well and it was handled in some cases like a scene off The Wire that needed two or three re-runs (or in this case re-reads) to fully get the gist.

The idea of Dom being a "high end handler" is very very intrigueing, as is his ability to become his cover personas.

Please say there's gonna be a sequal?

That was intense and urgent and wonderfully complex. I liked the take on Dominic; I think Topher coming to his aid was a clever twist and I enjoyed Ballard warning him that Adelle was probably going to have him killed.

But I loved Adelle the best - who is exactly as Machiavellian as Dominic thinks she is and yet also just a little vulnerable still when it comes to Dominic (or Laurence 2).

OMG! You haven't see Epitaph One? It's awesome! No spoilers from me here though.

I love how Laurence can change himself in here and be the "ultimate" handler. The OC was okay, wasn't all that bothered by her. Loved the reference to Star Wars again. Also loved the Echo/Laurence bit, that was funny, but I think my favorite part was the awe coming from Topher and just plain Topher's part in here. He was great.

All in all good job.
