At the beginning you seriously almost die of embarrassment for Luigi...I had to leave my laptop with my hands in the air thinking repeatedly that I was done and i couldn't help but feel super bad for the Mario Bros. Then i thought of a really bad pun it would have been perfect after the princess stated "I knew it" i thought it would be funny as a response to this have Mario say "I would tell you whats really going on princess but, Luigi would kill me."(that was just a really bad pun) Love the series can't wait for more updates.

I still think it was toad...he was the bartender. It couldn't have been Bow because Don gave her sisters their jobs back...i think...after Bow confronted him. And if it was Luigi it would actually be more likely Mr. L. Luigi would probably have a heart attack if it was really him...as for Bow if i'm wrong about the job she would make since seeing (or really not seeing in this case) as she can become invisible...wow that was a baaad joke ;)

THE WAITRESS

It is proven that Don was poisoned by his drink. The drink which only Toad and Waitress had come into contact with between the time when it was made and the time of death. And of those two, she is the only one who had access to the kitchen where she could stash the murder weapon (The thermomoter used to poison Don's drink) in Shimi's box. And to cover herself, she planted a second thermometer in Luigi's room while everyone was focused on Don. But when Mario became suspiciouse, she had to take action. She had to take everyone's mind off Don's murder by faking Popple's murder. She used the contents of Shimi's box to make false blood and stashed the box under the bead as to hide the murder weapon. But she couldn't do this alone...isn't that right WALUIGI!

*Insert Suprised Gasp Here*

Waluigi was the one who convinced Popple to overdose his pills, eventually leading him to pass out. He was also the only one besides Popple in the room where the murder weapon was stashed. This to make sure no one would find it.
