This is definitely the second time I've read this, and it still makes me cry. Twice! (Whoever said that can't be a good thing.) To lose someone that close would be unthinkable, and I think you've captured that quite well. And to incorporate the speech was clever.

And the imaginary friend concept! I wish I'd thought of that! I think a sequel delving deeper into that, maybe including Vince, would be nice. Or if you don't want to write it, if you wouldn't mind letting me use the idea?

By the time I finished reading this, I was already crying. xD It made me remember my love for Bare.

...That made me cry.

Especially the bit at the start, where it says that \Peter never needed an imaginary friend.

Also, i love the idea that Jason wrote hid something so private as an apology to one's lover in something so public as a speech- it shows their relationship; secret and obvious at the same time :)
