SuziH-J chapter 1 . 10/21/2016 Love the way that you wrote this. |
FranArian chapter 1 . 6/22/2016 Quite intense... |
Mabs-fantasy chapter 1 . 5/30/2014 Ppl must think I'm mad, sobbing silently in front of my iPad... This was beautifully written, so much emotions packed into one chapter... I'm torn between asking you to continue or letting it be... But I thank you for the lovely read |
ToonyTwilight chapter 1 . 5/3/2014 This is such a great fic. I felt so much rage on Ianto's behalf in this because he just can't seem to. The way he was left behind and not noticed for so long was something you could almost believe due to some events in canon before this episode. I think Tosh and Gwen could be forgiven due to their injuries at the time but Owen and Jack no, as medic and leader it was their job as people in charge of the health of others in Torchwood and their duty to Ianto who also risk his life beside theirs. I really dislike Jack sometimes in canon and in fics, he just isn't good at being a team leader most of the time. Sure he can make the tough calls in saving the world but looking after his team not so much as highlight so well here. If I was Ianto in this fic I would say enough at this point and walk from Torchwood on his own terms. |
Guest chapter 1 . 6/14/2013 Thankyou. DottyWho. |
TrooperCam chapter 1 . 1/17/2013 I like it. The idea of the noose is chilling and I would like to see a fiction about that if you haven't already written one. |
sd4ianto chapter 1 . 12/14/2012 Have you done a sequel? |
Monocerosik chapter 1 . 11/14/2012 It always breaks my heart to see how Ianto was mistreated by the team. How they could see only one side of the coin, and even if they saw his pain, they didn't do much to alleviate them. Leaving Ianto behind after the events in the countryside it's the most appaling thing I can think of. Even if they tried, I don't know if something could hurt Ianto more. And then there is Jack, so confused and so miserable and sorry that I have to feel sympathy, although I want to hate him. You've made it impossible to hate Jack here, but it should have been so easy. That's a brilliant ability to create character which evoke so strong feelings like your Jack and Ianto. Good story |
SophieRomanoff chapter 1 . 8/5/2012 Aw gosh, this was absolutely amazing. I love the idea of the team rallying to help him. Super beautiful 3 |
Fick Chick chapter 1 . 8/4/2012 sad & good but ends too abruptly |
TheIrisHeart chapter 1 . 3/5/2011 this is an incredible story that's fantastic with or without a sequel (and i think-so long as you're writing it-a sequel would be amazing) but it's bloody amazing and heartwrenching as it is. this is fantastic and i give you 2 thumbs up and a pot of ianto-coffee with chocolate biscuits for being such a dang good- no, FANTASTIC- writer. keep up the great work! -Iris Heart |
jayni1000 chapter 1 . 12/19/2010 Oh my gosh, they forgot him! Ya, poor Ianto. Hating the rest of the team right now, and Jack's got some grovelling to do. :( Your description of where Ianto was living was heart-breaking. :( Wow, I'm all depressed now. :( I'd better go read some fluff. Brilliant story, depressing, but brilliant. -Jayni |
E.E94 chapter 1 . 11/1/2010 Brilliant. |
Wildfire2 chapter 1 . 10/4/2010 great story! I loved it! Wildfire |
Lady Emma Wentworth chapter 1 . 7/3/2010 NO NO NO! You can't just STOP there - tell more story - tell of how Jack and Tosh and Owen brought Ianto back to the world of the living, both mentally and emotionally. There's so much more to say here. You CANNOT just stop in the middle! Please! I'm begging - please tell more of Ianto's story? |
