What you've captured so magically here are the moments that happen between our pair in the middle of their banter. It's these real flashes of truth that keep us hoping for their eventual success, even as they both acknowledge that they have tacitly agreed to not take action on them. A flash of the eyes, a half-smile, cdeliberately not looking up, knowing that the challenge would be too raw. So many awesome moments, including the heartbreaking ones when the othe sees the wanting or the hurt in the first person's eyes. Lovely.

As always, I loved it! But as with all your stories, this isn't new. My favorite part was her asking him to help her find a chick. I cracked up. Totally didn't see it coming, but it fit so perfectly. I also loved her loophole. Now you have me wondering what Rory will say about the whole thing.

I love that you're still posting LL oneshots every so often. :) And I also love the author note at the beginning of the story. I always find it interesting to know where the story came from, that way I can actually formulate my own idea on a given situation, think up a bit and enjoy the developing plot that much more. n_n
