You actually made me discover Arthur/Lancelot. It reminds me that, indeed, in the movie, it can be seen this way. Great job.

Wow. This gave me chills.

Not being a fan of slash, I honestly decided to read this on a skeptical, if slightly curious, fancy, and I am glad that I did.

You are correct in saying that the movie certainly insinuated perhaps a deeper relationship than friendship between Arthur and Lancelot. Whether or not it was intentional, you have painted a highly believable picture of what Arthur might have been feeling towards Lancelot and how he dealt with his death. Very intriguing and thought-provoking. This was skillfully written, and really made me sympathize with Guinevere, even though I found her character to be somewhat annoying in the movie.

Great job. Thank you for this insightful piece.

Ennee Gray chapter 1 . 6/11/2009
Well I've never thought of Arthur and Lancelot this way, but I have to admit you worded it beautifully.

This was tragic and moving, especially since I just watched the movie again.

I LOVE this! I had thought that ALL the A/L fics were finished and done! I LOVE how you portrayed Guinevere, not at all like the movie and even the actress portrayed her as! POST MORE A/L ASAP!

Love ya,

Sachita chapter 1 . 6/7/2009
Quite insightful and interesting. Well-written, and I especially liked this sentence: "Her husband was in love with ashes on the wind, a wind that had already traveled far beyond the shores of Britain." Good job!
homeric chapter 1 . 6/7/2009
Very well written. It was interesting to hear Guinevere's "voice" as you don't find it much in fanfiction. I liked her sadness at her predicament and the way she accepts the situation. Nice job :)
