Very well. Much envy. It feels very in-character to me that Jane and The Doctor would recognise something of themselves in each other. In fact everyone seems to be very in-character in your story, something that I really appreciate. Love your phraseology: 'totally inappropriate footwear', 'is that in Mexico', 'Lisbon-candy', 'Cho once sat opposite Rigsby...', 'this was going to be worse than Cleveland', 'gotcha'. | Izwick chapter 4 . 9/17/2014 Holy jumped-up Buddha, this was the most beautiful, fantastic, gob-smacking bit of glorious randomness in allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the wide, wide world. No, really. It made me extremely happy. The Mentalist characters were all so deliciously in character (and Jisbon, yes please), and of course, You-Know-Who was as well :) Also, your writing style DOES remind me of Terry Pratchett's. So, basically, I just really really truly do desire another Mentalist/Doctor Who crackfic, or really any of kind of fic, because this is just the most beautiful crossover, mmmmmgirl. |
