I liked the call back to the why and how. Characterization was good with the thought process going on in their heads and the mood feels fitting for the show. Good mix of everyday realism and reminders of the future. You're great at creating a mood. Only one nitpick, it should be "waist" not "waste" toward the end. I doubt you want sarah to be grabbing his waste unless the story is kinkier than I thought.

Well you've done it again! I loved it! The chemistry with these two to me has always seemed palatable. Even while he was with (gr) Jesse. I'm glad that you acknowledged her in this piece. It made it all the sweeter. Oh, and Derek's thought as to why terminaters look like men instead of women. That was priceless. :D
