Very interesting story. I like how you incorporated all the differences between the '80s and today, such as the headphones and the students not learning penmanship. I'm surprised she didn't freak out when hearing "As the World Falls Down," but I suppose after all that time she would've forgotten. Also great job with making Sarah different as an adult than the way she was as a teenager and having her think the correct way for her age, as well as having honest thoughts about her class' work. Overall this is a good story.

Adorable. Jareth is so petty like that, and of course, even after all those years I'm sure he'd try to mess with Sarah where he could. I like how Sarah couldn't quite remember the songs, as it reinforces the popular theme of magic being more for children than adults. The idea of the iPod being cursed is absolutely ingenious, and for that along with the quality of the writing this is going on my faves list.
