I don't think Donnie really needed to burn the skin to seal it. Burning it can cause a serious infection. All Donnie really needed to do was use a makeshift cat tourniquet and leave it for a good while (until the fingers are frighteningly blue). It would slow the bleeding down dramatically and from there he would just clean it with saline and bandage it. From there, you never clean a bullet wound with peroxide or rubbing alcohol. It would break down the new skin that's trying to grow. Soap and water is good. Lol

I still feel like Raph and Leo are too detached. There's just something missing in their emotions over the family part of the situation. Somehow, it's just not working.

Loved this chapter, particularly the opening lines. Your writing style just seems to get better and better :) It's streamlined and easy to read but also richly descriptive.

I admit that I had a hard time remembering what was going on in this fic though! If it's not too much trouble, if you have a long hiatus you might want to write a quick summary of older chapters? I don't want to be demanding (I know reviewers often are) and you're essentially giving us free entertainment, so feel free to ignore me :)

You may be an engineer, but you need a Lot of work on your sentence structure. example: That doesn't terrible. It doesn't what terrible, you have left out a word in this sentence. You are not the only writer on this site to do this, it is a common mistake, mine is spelling and punctuation. Helpful tip, read over what you have written. You will catch most of the errors that 't rely on beta readers, a lot of them are no better than the original writers. Good Luck!
