I could totally see this happening... Dean is such a great brother! Loved the way you ended this story!

I hate that Sam has been old enough for years but is only now thinking about Dean’s sacrifices.

This is amazing! That's totally something Dean would do for little Sammy and I love how Sam remembered and didn't want to shane Dean now that he's older.

This was so sweet and precious. Sam's so clueless about everything Dean gave up for him growing up, and suddenly he has this revelation and decides to do what he can, however small and pathetic, to try to make up for what Dean missed out on. I love that last line, "Never again tell me you aren't hungry." It's so true to character, because the brothers just don't make big long speeches about things; Dean probably wouldn't let him get through a full sentence of apologizing for making him go hungry so many times. The best way Sam can show he understands is through his actions. Beautifully done.
